Production Supervisor at TakaTaka Solutions

The role involves overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Material Recovery Facility (MRF), ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality control while supervising staff and coordinating with other departments.

• Daily Operations Management: Supervise waste sorting, baling, and related processes.
• Coordination: Work with security, workshop, store, and construction teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Staff Supervision: Manage operational staff (ranging from 30 to 120 employees) and track attendance.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Implement quality control measures, enforce safety protocols, and optimize sorting processes.
• Equipment oversight: conduct regular inspections of balers, conveyors, forklifts, and wheel loaders.
• Logistics & Sales: Manage sales of recyclables (excluding plastics and organics), maintain customer relations, and coordinate transport.
• Reporting & Finance: Prepare operational reports on productivity, efficiency, and OEE metrics; process petty cash requests and track payments.
• Inventory & Process Control: Maintain accurate records of materials, coordinate with logistics for timely sales, and improve internal controls.
• Performance & Process Improvement: Conduct staff performance reviews and collaborate on improvement plans.
