About the Role:

• We are seeking a passionate leader in education and community development. As Regional Director, you will be responsible for establishing, growing, and overseeing educational programs, while building strategic partnerships with schools, universities, community organizations, and government entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regional Development: Identify and connect with educational institutions, foundations, and community organizations.
• Partnership Building: Develop trusted relationships with principals, teachers, and institutional leaders.
• Business Development: Generate leads, secure contracts, and manage funding opportunities.
• Program Management: Customize and oversee delivery of programs in STEM, arts, theater, technology, and professional development.
• Quality & Results: Ensure standards, measure impact, and convert successful programs into long-term partnerships.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in business development, partnerships, educational sales, or program management.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Knowledge of Kenya’s educational ecosystem (preferred).
• Advanced English (B2+) is essential.
