Coordinate the Implementation of capacity-building programs for member agencies.
Facilitate peer learning opportunities and knowledge exchange across the network.
Organize training workshops, seminars, and best practice sharing sessions.
Develop tools and resources to strengthen the institutional capabilities of member agencies.
Ensure feedback on training programs is obtained in a timely manner.
Track and report on the progress of capacity-building activities and monitor their impact.
Collaborate with partners to enhance learning and development within the network.
Person Specifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Education or relevant field. A master’s degree in organizational development, Capacity Building, or Innovation Management is an added advantage.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in capacity building, training program management, or organizational development, preferably in the context of innovation or network-based organizations.
Skills:
Strong expertise in designing and delivering training programs.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and capacity-building methodologies.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple capacity-building initiatives and adapt to evolving needs.
Understanding of innovation ecosystems and institutional development.
