Project Coordinator- Mechanical Engineering (Plumbing & Firefighting) at Trident Plumbers Limited

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with a background in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in Plumbing & Firefighting systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating the execution of projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects related to the installation and maintenance of plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager to create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of plumbing and firefighting system installations, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Work closely with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure the smooth flow of communication and the resolution I issues of technical i
• Prepare reports on project status, updates, and any challenges encountered.
• Oversee the procurement and availability of necessary materials and equipment for plumbing and firefighting installations.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning of firefighting systems, ensuring proper functionality.

Qualification

• Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or a relat- ed field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Plumbing & Firefighting systems project coordination.
• Strong understanding of plumbing and firefighting sys- tems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
• Experience with project management tools and software AutoCAD ein-depth knowledge of industry regulations, codes, and standards for plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power- Point).

Work Environment:

• Combination of office-based work and site visits to ensure project delivery.
• Travel to project sites is required, with occasional flexible hours to meet project demands.
