Coordinate with the donors for alignment on milestones, curriculum updates, and reporting deliverables

Liaise with instructors, teaching managers, and support staff to ensure instructional quality and adherence to schedules.
Manage logistical arrangements for regional and in-person trainings (venue setup, internet/laptops, scheduling).
Track attendance, engagement, and completion rates across all cohorts and implement corrective actions where needed.
Ensure all cohorts are launched, monitored, and closed on time, meeting disbursement-linked milestones.

Coordinate the learner onboarding and offboarding process (surveys, Canvas setup, certificate issuance).
Monitor learner progress and resolve issues affecting engagement or completion.
Conduct pre- and post-training surveys to measure satisfaction, learning outcomes, and skill application.
Compile insights from learner feedback into actionable improvements for future cohorts

Track all programme metrics against milestones (e.g., enrollment, gender balance, geography, income-level targets).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date dashboards for internal and funder reporting.
Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly progress reports — including narratives, financial summaries, and impact data.
Support the Director of Product in preparing presentations and documentation for partner reviews and funder meetings.
