Project Manager - Property Onboarding (Short-Term Rentals) at YourHost

• Are you passionate about turning properties into guest-ready, high-performing spaces?YourHost is looking for a Project Manager - Property Onboarding to own the full lifecycle of bringing new properties into our portfolio - from signed contract to live, guest-ready listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of new properties (from owner handover to first guest check-in).
• Act as primary point of contact for property owners during onboarding, ensuring clear, proactive communication.
• Create and track project plans, timelines, and budgets for each property; flag risks and resolve blockers quickly.
• Coordinate interior setup, furnishings, amenities, photography, and listing copy to align with YourHost standards.
• Ensure all tech and ops are configured (PMS, channel manager, smart locks, cleaning and maintenance workflows).
• Set up and optimize listings on major short-term rental platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo), ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in project management, hospitality operations, or property/real estate onboarding.
• Hands-on experience working with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or similar), including listing setup and optimization.
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end, ideally in short-term rentals or hotels.
