    Projects Coordinator

    The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management within the construction sector, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and effectively coordinate activities both on-site and in the office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in line with project timelines and budgets.
    • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings and ensure accurate execution of work on-site.
    • Monitor day-to-day site operations to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
    • Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
    • Track project milestones, report progress, and escalate potential delays or risks to the Projects Manager.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and site records.
    • Conduct regular site visits to supervise work progress and provide on-ground support.

    Key Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry.
    • Strong ability to read and interpret construction and architectural drawings.
    • Proven experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
