Our client, a reputable company in the Real Estate Industry, is looking to hire a Property Manager who will handle the operations, maintenance, and administration of property for their company.

Requirements
1. Should have at least a degree in Real Estate, Finance or Business related course.
2. Should be mature with at least 3 years of similar experience
3. Should have a background in sales, with the ability to generate more business
4. Should be good at property management software
5. Should have a solid understanding of market comparison when it comes to deciding rent values.
6. Should be capable of running a premise with minimum supervision
7. Should be good in report formulation giving up to date reports to directors whenever needed
8. Excellent in excel worksheets and presentation
