    Property Marketing Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
    • Oversee property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations through photography, videography, and virtual tours.
    • Plan and execute impactful property-related events, such as open houses and exhibitions.
    • Lead content creation for digital and print platforms, including social media, email campaigns, brochures, and websites.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS;

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate marketing or a related industry.
