Property Sales Advisor at Vaal Real Estate

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Property Sales Advisor. The role involves providing excellent customer service, identifying potential buyers, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on property options that meet their needs. The Property Sales Advisor will also be responsible for negotiating sales agreements, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and staying informed about the real estate market trends and developments in the region.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
• Experience in providing training and educating clients regarding properties or market trends
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and a track record of meeting sales targets
• Prior experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
