Your mission at Sistema.bio

The Proposal Intern is responsible to support the proposals team to deliver standard proposals on time, by analyzing data from the field. The proposals should provide a design that is well suited to meet the needs of the client.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Delivering on time, fit for purpose proposals of simple standard projects and present these proposals for submission to the Productive Systems clients.
• Producing elaborate project layout designs for all technical proposals.
• supporting in maintaining and updating client records for delivered proposals on Salesforce.
• To proactively assist communication with Technical, Credit Teams, and all other relevant stakeholders for each proposal completed to ensure successful project handover.

More about YOU

• You Have 1- 2 years experience in Renewable Energy or similar discipline including internships. 
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Environmental sciences /Renewable Energy.
• You must have experience in AutoCAD.
• You have Strong knowledge in G-Suite, MS Office and Softwares (Salesforce and Taroworks (tech-savvy).
• You are a team player with a collaborative approach with various internal and external stakeholders.
• You have strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• You have strong Interpersonal and organizational skills.
• You are passionate about biogas technology.
• You are Fluent in Kiswahili and English.

• Traveling throughout Kenya 10% of your time .
