Provision of Hotel Services Conference Facilities and Accommodation Services -Mombasa at Indepth Research Services (IRES)

Scope of Services Required:

We are interested in establishing partnerships with hotels and conference facilities that can offer the following services:

• Conference Facilities: State-of-the-art meeting rooms equipped with modern audio-visual equipment, comfortable seating arrangements, and high-speed internet connectivity.
• Accommodation: Well-appointed guest rooms with amenities that cater to the comfort and convenience of our participants, including complimentary Wi-Fi, room service, and recreational facilities. Have meeting rooms that can accommodate our different client which range between 2 Pax and/up to 100 Pax
• Catering Services: Quality catering services for breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks, with options for diverse dietary preferences and requirements.
• Event Management Support: Dedicated event coordinators to assist with logistics, setup, and on-site support throughout the duration of our programs.
• Rates: The rates of services provided should range between KSh. 2,500 to 3,000 in Kenya & USD 30 to 50 per day for a full day conference.

• Facility Standards: Well-maintained facilities that meet industry standards for comfort, safety, and functionality.
• Customer Service: Commitment to excellence in customer service, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Location: Convenient location with easy access to transportation hubs and amenities.
• Value Proposition: Competitive pricing and value-added services that align with our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.

• Company profile highlighting experience, facilities, and service offerings.
• Details of previous similar projects or partnerships.
• Hotel star rating
• Any relevant certifications or accreditations.
• Pricing structure and terms of service.
