Roles And Responsibilities

• Clean ingredients following requests and directives of sous-chef or chef
• Prepare basic dishes, desserts or sauces following strictly the recipes and processes
• Stores all goods with labels and following diligently the relevant SOPs
• Team management
• Inventory management
• Operations
• Customer service
• Facilities management

Qualifications And Skills Required.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree/Diploma in hospitality management or related course
• Prior experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus

• Know when to escalate issues to the Kitchen Sous-Chef
• Be dedicated to learning and grow
• Represent well the image of the company inside and outside of work
• Respect his/her teammates Follow strictly the SOP's and recipes in order to ensure 100% consistency in taste and experience for the customers
• Channel his/her ideas for new products, change of products, etc through to the Kitchen Sous-Chef for discussion
• Respect the hierarchy of Competences
