Job Purpose

• The Revenue Accountant is responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process across a multi-client service environment, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely invoicing of all revenue-generating activities.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Revenue Management

• Manage the end-to-end billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing in line with customer contracts and pricing schedules.
• Monitor and reconcile billable transactions, resolving billing discrepancies, invoice disputes, and customer queries.
• Maintain cordial relationships with clients and principals to aid in on-time collections of due amounts.

Reporting & Systems

• Develop and maintain automated billing, revenue, and management reports using Excel, Power BI, and AI-driven tools.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure seamless revenue processing.

Audit & Compliance

• Support audits, internal controls, and billing documentation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Qualification and Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA (K), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.

Experience

• Proven experience handling large volumes of transactional and financial data.
• Experience managing end-to-end billing in a logistics, supply chain, healthcare, professional services, or multi-client service environment.
• Experience with contract-based and multi-client revenue models.
• Experience with financial ERP systems (SAP experience is an added advantage).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of AI-driven reporting tools is an added advantage.
