Quality Assurance Associate at Powwater

Position Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance within our organization, ensuring that our water meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Ability to handle large data sets, interpret and analyze the data.
• Establish quality metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of quality assurance processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct bi-weekly sample collection to assess water quality and identify potential water quality issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, and customer support, to ensure that water quality standards are met throughout the product life cycle.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address water quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in water quality assurance, and recommend improvements to existing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or a related field.
• 5 + years of experience in quality assurance, with 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Data driven
• Precise and detail oriented.
• Flexible with working hours
• Solid understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices in quality assurance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
