Quantity Surveyor - Premium Real Estate Project at MSVL Group

Key Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Strong experience in residential and mixed-use developments.
• Sound understanding of contracts and procurement.
• Ability to work closely with project managers and consultants.
• Experience in East African projects will be an added advantage.

Key Requirements:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for projects.
• Monitor project costs and manage variations.
• Evaluate contractor tenders and negotiate contracts.
• Certify contractor payments and manage cost reporting.
• Assist in feasibility studies and value engineering.
• Ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
