    Area Sales Manager

    Accountabilities And Responsibilities

    • Achieve trade coverage, visit frequency and outlet plan to maximize route effectiveness and efficiency with the distributor and merchandisers team.
    • Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer with a top customer-focused approach.
    • Coordinate DB employees to ensure RB strategies in retail chain outlets have been met.
    • Manage financial accounts and assets for the territory to ensure trade marketing resources are utilized efficiently.

    Skills & Experience Required

    • Bachelor's Degree in a Business related field
    • 5 years experience in sales managing a region in an FMCG Company.
    • Ability to consult and negotiate with both internal and external customers.
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
