Stamping control lists of controlled invoices and delivery notes for suppliers and those to be delivered to head office for payment
Filing of receiving documents, supplier health trade license for those transporting fresh food,
Inspecting products for any signs of damage, verifying expiration dates, and assessing overall quality to confirm compliance with established standards..
Counting and cross-checking the quantity of each item received against the delivery documents.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management
Minimum one-year experience
Proficiency in using inventory management software or databases
Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and inspection tasks
Strong organizational skills for efficient storage solutions.
