Receptionist at Embassy of France in Kenya

The Embassy of France in Kenya is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of a receptionist.

The receptionist is tasked with :

• Answering phone calls and providing relevant informations to French citizens ;
• Acting part-time as a visa receptionist ;
• Providing, when requesting, help to the other Consular employees.

Skills

• Good command in English and French (B2 level, both written and spoken) ;
• Ability to adapt to different types of visitors/applicants
• Ability to communicate and good sense of team work
• Good organization skills

Conditions

• Job starts on the 21st of November
• 1-year contract, with the prospect of a permanent employment
• Gross salary : KES 82 547

Working hours :

• Monday to Thursday : 08.30 AM -1 PM / 2 PM-6 PM
• Friday : 08.30 AM -1 PM
