    Recruitment/Onboarding Coordinator

    • The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales operations team by managing onboarding processes, system setup, and coordination between Territory Managers, Team Leaders, and Freelancers. The role ensures that all sales personnel are properly registered, system-enabled, and correctly assigned to territories and reporting structures to enable smooth sales execution.

    Responsibilities

    • Team Onboarding & System Registration
    • Coordinate onboarding of Freelancer Team Leaders and Territory Managers into the company.
    • Ensure all new sales personnel are correctly registered in the Leotech system.
    • Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation for all sales staff.
    • Watu Account Management
    • Ensure all sales personnel have active Watu accounts for conducting sales.
    • Follow up on account creation, activation, and access issues.
    • Monitor account status and escalate delays affecting sales activities.
    • Team Coordination & Assignment
    • Coordinate with Territory Managers to assign Freelancers and Team Leaders to correct territories.
    • Ensure correct reporting lines and team structures are reflected in the system.
    • Support Territory Managers with team structure updates.
    • Communication & Follow-Up
    • Act as a coordination point between Sales, Operations, and partners.
    • Track onboarding progress and provide updates to management.
    • Resolve onboarding or system-related issues in a timely manner.
    • Records & Compliance
    • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales personnel.
    • Ensure onboarding complies with company and partner policies

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
    • Experience in sales coordination or administration is an added advantage.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work with digital sales systems.
    • Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
