Role Purpose

• To lead and manage all aftersales operations within the assigned region, ensuring service excellence, optimal turnaround time (TAT), spare parts revenue growth, technician productivity, and strong rider relationships. The Regional Aftersales Manager acts as the operational bridge betweenfield execution and country-level strategy,ensuring that Spiro’s service ecosystem scales sustainably while maintaining quality, profitability, and rider satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 7–10 years experience in automotive, EV, or mobilityaftersales operations.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or regional leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of DMS, warrantyprocesses, and serviceperformance management.
• Proven experience managingmulti-site service operations.
