Regional Manager

- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Requirements:
- Drive regional sales growth, collections, and profitability
- Lead, coach, and manage Branch & Unit Managers
- Identify new market opportunities and grow customer reach
- Ensure SOP compliance, audits, and operational efficiency
- Oversee risk control and fraud prevention
- Deliver excellent customer service and stakeholder relationships
- Set KPIs, track performance, and implement improvement plans
- Analyze data and report on portfolio performance & PAR
- Manage regional budgets, resources, and staff logistics
