    Regional Sales Manager

    The main role for this position is to build, lead and support a team of sales people in driving the set regional sales targets. We are looking for a high skilled professional who is passionate about making real impacts to the smallholders farmers. The Region sales manager reports to the Country Sales Manager.

    Responsibilities

    1. Recruit, hire, train and manage a team of field sales people
    2. Set and drive individual salespeople monthly sales targets
    3. Identify, pursue and acquire business opportunities in the region
    4. Promote a competitive and conducive team environment
    5. Develop, evaluate and continuously improve sales processes
    6. Come up with detailed and realistic regional sales forecast
    7. Asses individual salespeople performance, communicate and support
    8. Undertake regional market intelligence and provide quarterly reports
    9. Submit weekly and monthly management reports, sales forecasts and competitive market

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor Degree in sales/marketing or any other business related study
    2. Minimum of 3 years working experience in similar position managing a team of +5 sales people
    3. Excellent Sales Strategies skills, Analytical skills, ability to work with minimal supervision
    4. High sense of confidentiality and ability to meet on the set deadlines.
    5. Proven record of successfully leading a sales team
