    Regional Sales Manager

    Reporting To Senior Sales Manager

    Position Summary

    1. To drive company turnover to its goal.
    2. Offering excellent customer service to new and existing customers.
    3. Support the Company market system with a productive route plan.

    Introduction. 

    A sales lead is a retail sales worker who is responsible for coordinating the sales department, supporting management, and ensuring sales targets are reached.

    The sales lead will perform sales, management, and administrative tasks, such as maintaining sales performance, recruiting and training staff, and monitoring inventory.

    Responsibilities

    1. Train the existing sales staff and head the recruitment of new sales staff as the team grows.
    2. Assign important tasks to the team, gauging the staff’s performance, and making necessary changes to boost it.
    3. Monitor the sales team’s performance and make tough decisions when necessary.
    4. Prepare and submit performance reports to the senior management.
    5. Solve any problems that the customers face and answer questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
    6. Come up with unique ideas to help our brand maximize sales and build upon existing strategies that have provided great results in the past.
    7. Maintain a smooth flow of feedback throughout the sales team and encourage an environment of constructive and healthy criticism.
    8. Ensure an atmosphere of healthy competition within the team to motivate them while emphasizing teamwork.
    9. Keep a positive relationship with all our customers.
    10. Negotiate deals and support negotiation from the team.
    11. Assist the new staff in handling customer problems and initiating them with the company’s work culture.
    12. Set realistic sales targets and motivate the sales staff to encourage an atmosphere of positivity.
    13. Write reports, gauge the sales team’s performance, and make the necessary changes in the sales strategies that are not providing expected results.
    14. Preparing effective sales models to enhance sales funnel
    15. Developing social media campaigns and promotional email marketing templates to maximize sales
    16. Monitoring and managing inventory requirements
    17. Maintaining contact details like the email address, phone numbers of qualified leads for further process(CRM)
    18. Ensuring the company’s products and services are optimized to appear in search engines
    19. Identifying new sales opportunities and emerging market trends
    20. Attracting potential customers by highlighting standout product/service offerings
    21. Representing the company at trade shows and events
    22. Maintaining long term and positive customer relationships
    23. Determining sales goals upon reviewing budget authority
    24. Ensuring all reports are accurately prepared by sales team and well consolidated for use by management

    Qualifications

    3. Experience working in an FMCG will be an added advantage.
