Relationship Officer at CDL Human Resource

We are looking for competitive Relationship Officers who can thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Relationship Officers will act as the key link between the hospital and healthcare professionals, healthcare providers, B-to-B and B-to C customers, and will aim at growing service awareness and utilization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement effective processes to facilitate service utilization & growth.
• Implement Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and providers focused activities to grow referrals to the hospital for specialized pediatric care.
• Optimize existing and establish long term distribution channels leading to growth in patient numbers.
• Maintain and enhance the hospital’s relationship with customers in line with their current and evolving needs.
• Management of Customer feedback for service improvement.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Diploma in any recognized field.
• Proven ability to establish or enhance partnerships with stakeholders and partners.
• Results oriented with the drive to grow the business.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage own schedules and work without supervision & very organized with the ability to track and meet customers' requests.
• Marketing and sales skills.
• Customer relationship skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel outside Nairobi.
