Research Assistant at The International Centre for Reproductive Health

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social science or related discipline.
• 2 years’ experience in the collection and analysis of qualitative data (focus group discussions / workshops, in-depth interviews, and direct observations).
• Experience in collections of quantitative data using electronic devices
• Experience setting up and managing virtual meetings on platforms such as zoom, Microsoft teams
• Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.

Skills / Abilities / Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Access, Outlook, and Excel).
• Ability to work independently and effectively
• Familiarity with electronic data collection tools is an added advantage
• Ability to manage multiple activities and achieving set deadlines
• Strong attention to details and writing skills that should include the ability to develop comprehensive notes during qualitative data collection analysis
