Resource Mobilization and Management at Kenya National Innovation Agency

This position requires a professional with skills and experience in Resource Mobilisation, development of strategic partnerships with associated Implementation Plans. Demonstrate acquisition of funding from bilateral and multilateral donors, public, private and philanthropic funding agencies towards Science Technology and Innovation.

Qualifications

Experience in at least 2 of the following:

• Development and Implementation of resource mobilisation strategies in ST&I.
• Partnerships and networks with key donors supporting ST&I in developing countries.
• Proposal development, grant management, High Value Fundraising from development partners, government, philanthropists and private sector.
• Experience in finance management, human capital development and performance management.

Professional qualifications:

• Master's degree in business, commerce, development studies, economics, international relations, biological physical or social
• sciences, or related areas.
• Possess at least ten (10) years' experience in fundraising, resource mobilisation and partnership building for ST&I.
• Proven success in developing fund mobilisation models from the national government, international organisations, non-governmental organisations, and private sector.
