Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing restaurant team
- Uphold Baobab’s renowned service standards
- Personally welcome and engage guests
- Oversee rosters, training, and daily operations
- Ensure every dining moment reflects excellence
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hotel Management or Degree in Hospitality/related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a 4- or 5-star resort
- Preferred age: 30–40 years
