    Sale Manager (Hospitality)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts and networking activities to drive visibility for the hotel.
    • Coordinate and conduct sales presentations, site visits, and familiarization tours to effectively showcase our hotel facilities and services to potential clients.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans aimed at achieving revenue targets and maximizing hotel occupancy rates.
    • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders to drive repeat business.
    • Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements in alignment with company policies and revenue objectives.
    • Skillfully negotiate partnership terms and agreements to secure mutually beneficial relationships and ensure compliance revenue goals for the hotel.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, occupancy rates, and market share, making necessary adjustments to strategies based on findings.
    • Grow a sales and marketing team for the hotel with focus on hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
    • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth areas, trends, and potential partnerships. Develop innovative strategies to penetrate existing markets.
    • Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize revenue and yield management strategies, ensuring maximum financial performance.
    • Generate comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to provide insights on sales performance and strategic outcomes.
    • Oversee all designated social media profiles, implementing strategies to increase engagement and followership, and ensuring consistent brand representation across platforms.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree.
    • Must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience as a sales manager for the hospitality sector.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills ability to adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated creativity & innovation in business.
    • Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a demanding environment.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is Mandatory
