Role Description

This is a contract Sales Account Manager role at Learnovate Technologies Limited in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service on-site.

Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
- Lead Generation and Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Experience in sales or account management
- Knowledge of training solutions or educational services is a plus
