    Sales Account Manager

    This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

    Qualifications

    • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
    • Account Management skills
    • Lead Generation skills
    • Strong Communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work well in a team and independently
    • Experience in sales or account management is preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
