The Role (Your Mission)

You’ll be the face, voice and deal-closer for Sarova Woodlands Hotel & Spa and Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge —turning conversations into confirmed business. Your goal: grow room nights, meetings & events, and F&B revenue by building bold relationships, negotiating smart, and consistently beating targets.

You’re a match if you:

• Are young, at heart and energized for challenges.
• Have a Degree/Diploma in Business (Sales option/minor is a plus).
• Bring at least 4 years’ experience in the service industry (hotel marketing/sales is highly preferred).
• Understand the corporate and commerce space.
• Are a natural relationship builder—confident, upbeat, presentable, and comfortable talking to decision-makers.
• Can work with others, influence without drama, and delegate appropriately.
• Very mobile and ready to travel locally and overseas.
