Sales & Admin Assistant-Eldoret at Topscore Consultants Limited

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers promptly and courteously at the branch office and direct visitors to the relevant departments.
• Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services. 
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence gathering.
• Uphold the company image through professionalism and proper presentation of products displayed at the branch office.
• Follow up on all customer enquiries received at the branch office to convert them into sales.
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain feedback.
• Market company products through cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales.
• Organize and maintain product displays within the branch office, ensuring cleanliness, order, and visibility.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day branch office operations and coordination.
• Manage branch stock, including receiving, issuing, tracking, and updating stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Receive machines and equipment sold by the company for repair and issue job cards to customers.
• Hand over machines and equipment to technical personnel and track repair progress.
• Notify customers when machines or equipment are ready for collection.
• Ensure all service and maintenance charges are fully paid before releasing machines or equipment.
• Perform cashiering duties, ensuring accurate transaction entry and invoicing
• Prepare correspondence and administrative documentation as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in sales, administration, customer service, or branch operations.
• Experience in ICT equipment or technical products will be an added advantage
