    Sales Administrator

    Responsibilities

    • Supporting Sales Management team in doing quotations and other sales administrative activities
    • Coordinate back orders on behalf of the sales team, tracking sales orders and delivery goods. Liaising with the Operations team
    • Assist management with ad-hoc duties and coordinate all sales & supporting the sales team to ensure that they have the support and resources needed to ace in the competitive market
    • Managing the reception ( Front Office) and forward phone calls
    • Schedule appointments for the Sales team
    • Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
    • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
    • Extracting monthly sales reports
    • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

    Requirements

    • Prior work Experiences in administrative work (Min 1-3 years of relevant experience)
    • Possess a high level of self-initiative to get things done efficiently and logically using proper data management to handle & organize a huge amount of useful information
    • Must possess good communication skills
    • Able to handle multiple tasks and all administrative work independently
    • Good team player with strong communication, listening and organizational skills
