Sales Agent at Momentum Credit

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Agent will be responsible for daily sales activities, conducting field activations, managing customer relationships, understanding client needs, promoting financial products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Agent will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales of logbook loans and Insurance
• Ability to train and mentor customers and team members
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of financial products and SME market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree, diploma or certificate in Business, Marketing, or any other sales related field
