Sales Agent at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

Responsible for driving student enrollment, business development, corporate partnerships, marketing initiatives, and coordinating the successful delivery of the Academy's security training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to grow student enrollment and secure corporate training contracts.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with organizations, institutions, government bodies, and key stakeholders.
• Market training programs, generate new business opportunities, and manage client engagements from lead follow-up to conversion.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and agreements.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within the training and security sectors.
• Generate regular sales, enrollment, and business performance reports for management while providing high-quality customer service. ·

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in the security or training sector is an added advantage).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. ·
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and customer relationship management skills.
