    Sales and Activations Agent

    The Sales & Activations Agent will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. Often tasked with giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows, the sales representative must be personable and professional.

    Responsibilities:

    • Represent the brand and promote our products and services.
    • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
    • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional events.
    • Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, material preparation, and on-site management.
    • Engage with potential clients during events to generate interest and leads for the sales team.
    • Support the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, banners, and online content.
    • Gather data on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future activities.
    • Maintain an updated client database and assist with follow-up communication to convert leads into sales.
    • Monitor competitor activities to help refine and adapt marketing strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, and a professional appearance.
    • Commitment, confidence, and a proactive mindset.
    • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings for events.
