Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field.
• 8+ years sales experience in fish industry, agribusiness, or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing and leading sales teams.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales and growth targets.
• Experience in growing sales in new markets.
• Agile and adaptable to changing business needs.
