Job Overview:

• We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales for our moving, pest control, and cleaning services. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for property care solutions, a strong background in sales, and a drive to meet and exceed targets. The successful candidate will focus on lead generation, client relationship management, and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell moving, pest control, and cleaning services.
• Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing efforts.
• Identify and approach potential clients, both residential and commercial, to expand our market reach.
• Conduct in-person or virtual presentations, demonstrating the value and quality of our services to prospective clients.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, digital campaigns, and other strategies to enhance service visibility.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, working towards both personal and team goals.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the property care, cleaning, pest control, or moving services industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms for marketing purposes.
