Reports to: Head of business development and marketing.

Our client, in the banking industry seeks to employ an individual who will undertake marketing activities towards growing and retaining the bank membership.

Responsibilities

1. Develop &execute business development and marketing plan.
2. Participate in implementation of society CSR strategy.
3. Undertake continuous research on market trends and behavior.
4. Participate in development of customer-led products and services.
5. Disseminate and prepare communications using seminars, website, portals and other online applications.
6. Identify new marketing opportunities and promotion programs.
7. Develop appropriate marketing communication.
8. Carry out market intelligence &customer surveys.
9. Participate in brand building strategy.
10. Educate members on policies, products and bank functions.
11. Participate in marketing promotions, institutional visits and public campaigns.

Qualifications

1. Degree in marketing, business administration or relevant field.
2. 5yrs experience in marketing financial services;2yrs in managerial level.
3. Membership of either CIM or MSK.
4. Marketing research and product development, digital marketing, report writing, budget management skills.
