    Sales and Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    We are currently seeking an ambitious and highly-skilled sales and marketing manager with a track record of exceptional, transformative management practices. In this role, you will increase productivity, inspire and motivate  employees, optimize and increase our company’s market share. You will have tremendous opportunities to develop innovative policies and campaigns that shape the future of our organization. Candidates for this role will be creative, charismatic, critical thinkers, collaborative, knowledgeable, and exceptionally well-versed in the latest sales and marketing techniques as well as tried-and-true practices.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead, manage and accountable for all sales and marketing deliverables.
    • Responsible for development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategic plan.
    • Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue growth and targets.
    • Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals.
    • Develop sales strategies and tactics to acquire new customers and retain existing clients  by maintaining a deep understanding of their needs and preferences
    • Take lead role in setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates.
    • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
    • Responsible for preparation and monitoring of the sales and marketing budgets and approval of related expenditures.
    • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends and report the same to senior management.
    • Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales and developing lead generation.
    • Responsible for all external communication and public relations.
    • In charge of all the company’s digital assets and channels.
    • Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
    • Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team—provide motivation and inspiration
    • Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
    • Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
    • 4+ years’ experience in management in a corporate setting
    • Transformative approach to leadership that inspires and empowers others
    • Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
    • Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
    • Able to be persuasive and procure buy-in from top management and board
    • Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media
    • Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
