Sales and Marketing Officer-2 post at Summit Human Resource & Marketing Consultant

Budget: Ksh 40,000 -50,000

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives that advance the marketing plan
2. Maintain a marketing calendar
3. Researching and developing marketing plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
4. Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
5. Daily sales report on calls, emails and visits done including comprehensive feedback;
6. Weekly summarized reports of the past week by Close of Day every Saturday including next action points.
7. Weekly structured plan for the following week by Close of Day every Saturday.
8. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
9. Delivering creative multi-channel strategies that continue to drive customer acquisition and retain existing customers.
10. Increasing brand awareness across a variety of regions, monitoring and optimizing user funnels.
11. Designing and implementing digital advertising campaigns Google Adwords, LinkedIn etc.
12. Content management on the website and social media platforms writing creative, engaging and accurate content for the promotion of events and services, ensuring brand values are demonstrated consistently through all communications
13. Established Network to target Customer Group desirable.
14. Other duties as may be assigned by your immediate Supervisor

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or any related field
2. A minimum of 4 years’ experience proven work experience in sales & Marketing.
3. High-level communication and networking skills.
4. A passion for sales.
5. Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
6. Good project management skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work well under pressure.
9. Ability to brainstorm and conceptualize proposals for clients.
10. Attain new clients and build those to long terms relationships.
11. Work on cold leads to from previous clients to revive the business.
12. Work with clients to build a strong case for more marketing needs from the get go.
13. Keep abreast of competitor activity and market trends.
