Sales and Marketing Representative at Mucho Mangoes Ltd

We urgently need to engage the services of an Ambitious and Energetic Sales and Marketing Representative to serve in Nairobi and Coast Region.

Job Description and Requirements

Core Responsibilities

1. Introduce new products into the market ( Supermarkets and other retail outlets)
2. Execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales volumes and revenue targets.
3. Manage customer experience through visits and timely deliveries to drive sales volumes.
4. Implement market penetration and development plans for existing and new markets.
5. Implement promotional programs to grow sales volumes.
6. Credit management by ensuring company approved credit limits are observed and follow up on outstanding payments. 
7. Create product demand and volume by ensuring point of sale visibility.
8. Prepare and maintain periodical sales activities reports.

Minimum Requirements

1. Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a business related field.
2. At least (3) years’ experience in a sales position in an FMCG organization.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-driven with a passion for results.
5. Proven integrity, transparency and accountability
6. A valid Driving License will be an added advantage
