This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Associate located in Kakamega. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, customer interactions, promoting and selling credit facilities, and assisting with customer inquiries and applications.
Qualifications
- Sales, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Marketing and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Experience in financial services or micro-lending industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
