    Sales Associate

    Responsibilities

    Lead Qualification:

    • Assess incoming leads to determine if they meet the company's ideal customer profile (ICP)
    • Research potential customers to understand their needs, budget, and decision-making process
    • Score leads based on their fit and sales potential

    Sales conversions:

    • Develop and nurture relationships with qualified leads through targeted email campaigns,
    • strategic phone calls, and social media engagement.
    • Drive an aggressive conversion of all qualified leads to paying customers
    • Schedule appointments for qualified leads to drive conversions
    • Data Analysis:
    • Track and analyze lead conversion data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Create reports and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
    • Use data to optimize the conversion process and increase lead conversion rates.

    Negotiation & Closing:

    • Negotiate prices, offers & handle customer objections conclusively to close deals
    • Conduct targeted sales presentations to key decision makers within the professional circles
    • Follow up with leads after they have interacted with the company to gauge their interest and answer any questions.
    • Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and solutions.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Monitor the quality of leads and ensure that they meet the company's standards.
    • Identify and resolve any data quality issues.
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures.

    Training and Development:

    • Participate in training programs to learn about the company's products, services, and sales process.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of working in a similar field
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, and Accounting, or related fields
    • Experience building processes and systems around B2B2C relationships
    • Experience in setting up and executing complex processes through CRMs
    • Externally, a strong communicator and is persuasive
    • Project management experience
    • Familiarity with and experience using tech tools, e.g., Google Drive, calendar, Dropbox, and CRMs
    • Experience / Exposure to start-up culture is preferred
    • Smart creatives who combine innovative thinking with creativity
    • Experience in enterprise sales - Salesforce, Google Cloud, Meltwater, Zendesk, etc.
    • Experience in Education enterprise sales is a plus
