    Sales Auditor

    Responsibility – The Overall Accountabilities

    • The Sales Auditor is responsible for supporting business growth by undertaking sales audits in the trade guided by the set PICOS.
    • Undertaking detailed audits as directed by Sales Operations Coordinator. 
    • Preparing appropriate audit documentation including checklists among others.
    • Summarizing both quantitative and qualitative data.
    • Monitoring the activities of key competitors, assessing how their activities impact our plans.
    • Reviewing the sales data from the trade, reviewing any errors or exceptions, and making corrections as necessary to ensure that sales logs are accurate. 
    • Supporting the development of the trade marketing strategy in accordance with the KBBL business strategy.
    • Drive growth of numeric distribution at retail trade through agency motorbike sales representatives. 
    • Upholding of retail PICOS execution standards through regular Audit of retail outlets and initiating corrective action.
    • Monitor/analyze sales and market trends while giving regular and accurate intelligence on competitor activities.
    • Primary Objectives / KPI
    • Priority #1 – Independent AUDIT of PICOS.
    • To be refined in agreement with the Sales Ops Coordinator from time to time.

    Skills / Qualifications / Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
    • Strong research and analytical skills
    • Prerequisites-Experience
    • The successful candidate for the position will have obtained the following experience: 
    • Strong Background in collecting and analyzing
    • Sales experience will be added advantage
