Sales Development Representative (Outbound)

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 1 - 2 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Sales and Business Development
We are looking for an experienced Outbound SDR to generate qualified sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and proactive prospecting.

Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of proven Outbound SDR experience
- Strong background in cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Experience calling US or international markets
- Excellent English with a neutral/minimal accent
- Strong communication, objection-handling, and sales skills
- CRM experience and KPI-driven mindset
- Stable work history and coachable attitude
- Knowledge of sales KPIs and pipeline management
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline
- Track activities and performance in the CRM
