    Sales Development Representative (Outbound)

    We are looking for an experienced Outbound SDR to generate qualified sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and proactive prospecting.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2+ years of proven Outbound SDR experience
    • Strong background in cold calling and outbound prospecting
    • Experience calling US or international markets
    • Excellent English with a neutral/minimal accent
    • Strong communication, objection-handling, and sales skills
    • CRM experience and KPI-driven mindset
    • Stable work history and coachable attitude
    • Knowledge of sales KPIs and pipeline management

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns
    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
    • Schedule meetings for Account Executives
    • Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline
    • Track activities and performance in the CRM
