Job Purpose:

The Sales Executives will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, presenting vehicle options, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to final handover. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage walk-in and online customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Present vehicle options clearly and confidently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and report on sales activities.
• Learn and master the features and benefits of the vehicles offered by the client.
• Support the team with customer events, showroom displays, and marketing campaigns.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and apply knowledge on the job.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or higher qualification in a business-related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, extroverted, and naturally talkative personality.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
• Knowledge of cars is an added advantage.
• Sales experience within the travel or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
