    Sales Executive (Interiors) – Nairobi, Kenya

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the development and maintenance of relationships with architects, designers, contractors, distributors, and corporate clients to strengthen customer engagement and business opportunities.
    • Participate in industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking forums to support brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
    • Assist in conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote company products and support conversion of leads into sales opportunities.
    • Work closely with internal support teams to prepare customized proposals, quotations, and client solutions based on project requirements.
    • Follow up on client feedback regarding proposals and support negotiations to help secure business opportunities and successful project outcomes.
    • Assist in managing existing customer accounts to maintain client satisfaction and support repeat business growth.
    • Collaborate with lead generation, marketing, and product teams to support campaigns, share customer insights, and contribute to market positioning efforts.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales opportunities, and pipeline activities using CRM systems and prepare regular sales activity reports.
    • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to support business development initiatives and improve client engagement.
    • Support achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives through proactive customer follow-up and relationship management.

    Key Qualifications

    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant course.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
