    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee full management accounting across all businesses, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
    • Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis using QuickBooks, providing clear insights to support decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    Finance & Administration Officer (Architecture) – Nairobi, Kenya

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage full-cycle accounting including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly closing processes.
    • Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with statutory deductions and filings.
    • Prepare and file VAT returns in line with applicable tax regulations (KRA iTax).
    • Maintain accurate financial records including invoices, receipts, expenses, and supplier transactions.
